| 23. You are the administrator of your company's Terminial Services W2K Server PC. Jazmine, a user in Sales, is using Terminal Services to connect to the server & run a custom application installed on the server. The application normally takes 2 hours to generate a Sales report.
Jazmine calls you and says she can connect to the server, log on, open the app & run the report. But, the Terminal services client disconnects from the server before the report completes. Also, when she tries to reconnect to the server, Jazmine says the report is no longer running! Without affecting the other users that use this server, you need to make sure Jazmine can connect to the server & complete the sales report. What should you do?
A. Use Terminal Services Manager to shadow Jazmine's session & troubleshoot the problem.
B. Modify the RDP-TCP connections in Terminal Services Configuration by setting the idle time to 3 hours.
C. Modify Jazmine's user account in Active Directory Users & Computers by specifying a maximum Terminal Services disconnect time of 3 hours.
D. Modify Jazmine's user account in Active Directory Users & Computers by specifying a maximum Terminal Services idle time of 3 hours.
Good Luck! | |

Sorry I've been really busy lately & haven't been getting on the forums as much. Great Job, the correct answer is D!
By changing Jazmine's Idle time to 3 hours, she can run the report without getting disconnected, and you don't affect any other users accessing the server. |
