The email I received from Microsoft states that as of 3/4/02... the 5,000 mark still has not been passed. They're estimating by the end of this week, & the official list will be available around March 15th or so.
But, of course, you just never know with MS!

After the 5000 will you still be able to receive a card saying your are a MCSA?

You receive your wallet card, certificate, & pin either way. But I beleive that if you make Charter Member Status your Wallet Card & Certificate says "Charter Member" on it.

I got my MCSA packet in the mail today, the certificate is pretty cool and does prominently display the "charter member" status. Charter Member Status is just for braggin' rights, as I can tell.
