| You're looking at the newest MCSA as of 1:30 central time! The test was much easier than I expected. If you have a lot of hands-on experience I found that you could almost eliminate 2 wrong answers right away! | |

| Congratulations - what were your study materials? I plan to take this one on Friday. | |

| I used the Exam Cram books I already had from the 4 core tests. Then I printed out the 218 Exam objectives from Microsoft. I also used the guides from:
www.8wire.com
(5 part 218 test guide) &
www.cramsession.com
(This guide was extrememly helpful because it had links to related technet articles.)
Know GPO, DNS, AD, & File sharing/permissions. Well over 3/4's of the questions were based on that. Whitepapers from Microsoft also come in handy! | |

| Good Job! Hopefully you made the cut for the Charter Member card =) | |

| According to the email I received from Microsoft, I made the cut for Charter Member status. But I haven't received my certificate yet as proof!
Deja-vue:
As far as I know there isn't a specific passing score yet. Not until the test is evaluated further. You just get a pass or fail on your printout. Lucky mine said pass!
Actually I'd be willing to bet I just about aced that test. It was the easiest MS exam yet. I knew most of the answers right as I read them. Only marked 2 questions! If you know the objectives outlined on Microsoft's 218 exam page you'll do just fine! |
