| this was the easiest test of all. long winded questions, but the answer floats to the surface. if you can truly administer a 2000 AD network, you can pass this test. easy breezy... | |

| Didn't understand you're last post, but replying to the earlier one. I think we should not criticise someone we don't know professionally. You don't need to be an AD administrator ( but it helps) as long as you have a "mini network" setup, a good book, test questions and plenty of disciple 218 is not hard, but as they say the questions are only easy if you know the answer!!

Then, i dont understand why a person like you, with your studies, is afraid of a test like 218. Hey! you're an MCT..and MCSE....that's not easy...there are not much MCTs out of there.....

And for the person who begins the post: yeah, maybe 218 is a little easier than others Microsoft test, but some people say same of A+....and some of 'em fail it too. So, be careful and study hard....and make a good review of your 210, 215, 216 and 217 test. Good luck! | |

of course i can make good troubleshootS..... but i don´t work daily on troubleshooting issues any more.... and i have almost 4 or 5 months without make anything network related, only 3d MAYA designs and rendering...... and MY WORRY IS ABOUT THE NEW CHANGES ON MS FROM SOME MONTHS AGO.... when i ask about complexity, etc.... i mean the new terms and objetives from MS....... now is not the same as in the past...... i´m certified since JULY 2001 and the exams are very differents..... less questions, score, etc...... | |

CCNP is the normal Cisco Certified Network Professional certification.
The + symbols is a key/error. is the + of the losted A+ cert.

En primera Julian no necesita aprender a escribir español, porque el es cubano como yo...... 2da, el no pregunta si es dificil sino preguntaba si los examenes habian cambiado mucho con las nuevas reglas de microsoft de no poner SCORE y de poner mas preguntas y en 3ra el escribio asi solo por broma.
Si el escribio eso en español fue dirigido a Jocampo porque es de Puerto Rico y habla español.

Yo no voy a pedirte disculpas ya que no existe razon para ello. No acostumbro a decir vulgaridades ni ser grosero con la gente.
La manera como colocaste el post se presta para inferir que no sabes absolutamente nada...pues por logica, un individuo que es MCT y MCSE, debe encontrar sumamente facil un examen como el 70-218. NO preguntaste que "topicos cubre el examen", preguntaste si era difícil o no. Son dos cosas totalmente distintas. Y creo que debes estar conciente de eso, y de las implicaciones o suposiciones que se pueden hacer a partir de la pregunta.
Por otra parte, si pasaste el examen sin estudiar..."fine"...te felicito, no me causa envidia alguna ni molestia porque no soy así (en el caso de que hayas puesto que lo pasaste sin estudiar por "aquello de ufanarte"). Tanto yo como los otros compañeros, estoy seguro, que estaran prestos a ayudarte en la medida de lo posible, y siempre y cuando las ayudas se pidan con humildad y respeto.

Yo creo de que el hecho de que seas MCT, MCSE o lo que sea no tiene que ver nada con que puedas pasar otro examen.
Yo pase el 216 hace poco y hay cosas que ya ni me acuerdo ahora imaginate el que se certifico ya mas de un año y esta en otro giro ahora...

If 70/216 took 3 attempts how many did the CCIE take.
Correct me if I am wrong but if someone has the knowledge and ability to pass the vaunted CCIE Qualifier and Lab, then how can the MS network infrastructure exam be that difficult.
I passed it on my first go and I don't have a CCIE.

and i can provide several several explanation about that. i see the people here very confusing with the certification routines. i take 210, 215, 216 and 217 a few months ago..... and i need to study for 218 now..... i see some old questions studied before for 210 and i don´t remember the correct answer now...... is like the driver licence for your car..... you study, learn all the rules of transit and when you receive your licences, you forget the mayority of the rules..... you only need to know how to drive and respect the most important trafic rules........ as simple. | |

It's not as bad here as other places. If you hold a govt. security clearance you can get your foot in the door at quite a few places around here. There are a lot of DoD contractors so top secret clearance goes far in SD. | |

Going to start to work on 70-222, then 70-219. At least then, I can go to a seminar then teach, Maybe I can get a job in the field. It has really been bad for me.
