| One of the employees of your company is trying to connect to the network through VPN. She complains that she can't access any of the resources on the network. You determine that none of the VPN ports are free. What is happening?
A. The connection has been refused
B. The connection is held in a pending state until there is a free port
C. The connection is accepted, but network services are suspended until a port is free
D. The user will have to wait a few minutes before she can access the network, because new ports take time to be allocated

I'll try to have a go with an A under the assumption that "entire network" hasn't been enabled for the user i question.

| I'll say A also - no free ports = no connection | |
