| I just got back from the test center. I sat and passed 70-216. Figured I would take this one next, being that the content will be pretty much the same. And after this I can claim the MCSA cert as well. Anyone in here take 70-216 yet? How does it compare to this test? I can't wait to get my MCSE out of the way so I can pursue the good stuff. | |

| Congrats on defeating 216 - If you've already completed the core (210, 215, 216 and 217) then 218 will be a review of all of that. 218 is mostly about troubleshooting all the new technology. Pick up the 218 Readiness Review by MS Press and see how you feel about the questions in the book. Stay away from Transcender for this one. Most people felt it wasn't a good representation of readiness.

| Cool, Thanks. I have never used Trancenders, I don't like paying for software. I like useing free online sample tests, reading A LOT, and using the products that I am testing on. I have yet to take any Active Diretory tests, so that mighnt be the only thing that I really need to focus on. In this exam what is the focus of the questions that are asked about AD? | |

| I found it to be all about troubleshooting. You've learned about all the new features from NT 4 to 2000 and 218 tests you on how come it isn't all working. Like I said, search the posts for the QOD's from various members and you'll have a good idea of what to expect on 218. |
