| hey guys i got a problem with my msn messanger. It was working good I used my mic talking to my friends but then all the sudden I dont recieve no sound i mean they hear me but i can't hear them. My mic is good speakers r working but y dont I hear them, is some port blocked? even though few days a go i happened to format my hard drive and reinstalled my OS and also MSN but it still it doesnt work, same problem in voice chatting thay can hear me but i cant hear them. Any help will be appreciated and thanx in advance.

| Using a Router?
If so, try upgrading to a newer firmware so it opens the coresponding ports (UPnP in Linksys for example).Or at least you can open the ports yourself.
If using a firewall software like zonealarm, try shutting it down before opening Messenger.
and make sure the mic works.... |
