Just a simple question :

One of my user has a brand new Dual Xeon Workstation (3.0Ghz Xeon with 1MB L2). I know that XP Pro support only to 2 processors. So, do I need to deactivated HyperThreading in BIOS setup if I want XP to use the two physical CPU ?

interesting question.

Make a diagnosis / benchmark with the HT Bios option enabled / disabled to check if the XP OS is using HT or both XEON cpus.
