Exchange server to accept e-mails

| Hello,
I have a problem here, my exchange server is not able to accespt e-mails from IP address instead of domain name. i.e. user@domain will come but user@ip address will not. Can anyone resolve this for me. My server is listed in DSBL list only because of this.
I do not check for reverse DNS for incoming mails. | |

What version of Exchange are you running and on what operating system?  | |
