Here is what MCSE Training kit says:

'System policies are maintained in the System Policies container. By default, however, this container doe snto exist. You need to add it explictly to your administrative group by right-click the group, pointing to New, and then selecting System Policies Container. Right-click the System Policies Container and pointing to New, you can create new server, public store, and maialbox store polices.'

Now, I am in 'Exchange System Manager' screen. From the left-hand screen, I expand 'Server' node. I get the server name 'Coco'. I expand 'Coco' the server name and get two nodes: 'Protocols' and 'First Storage group'.

Then, from where I can create teh 'System Policies' container???

Thanks for advice.

You need to add it in the properties of the administrative group, not the server. The object of these policies is to be able to apply the same settings to selected servers within the administrative group. That's why you cannot do it at the server level.

Dear jeff_j_black:

Thanks for your advice.

I really tried on Server so cannot do it at all.

Now I can do it from 'Administrative group' just as you advised.
