Problem installing Exchange Server 2000..

| Anybody ever face this problem before when installing Exchange 2k ?
Error message:
The shutdown was initiated by NT AUTHORITY/SYSTEM..
The system is shutting down. System process c:\winnt\lsass.exe terminated unexpectedly with status code - 1073741819. The system will now shut down and restart.
Looks like problem on modifying or updating the schema as the background message stating fail to modify schema attributes..
I have checked on the Knowledge Based based on the error message, that points me to SPack Security installation failure but I didn't install any of them.
All i have is SP3 on Win2k Adv. Server..
Would be appreciate if any one can provide me a light to this problem as i have been dragged by this problem for 4 days...

and have granted the account full control permission to update schema.. | |

mean you made that account a member of the Schema Administrators group?

| Have been almost a month I missed out the forums here! ,now i am back 
sorry for the late reply..
..well the problem of the installation is solved by installing on another piece of machine...
Do not know the reason though..maybe is the processor not behaving well | |
