Hi Gurus,

i have a EX2000 setup with a registered domain..
Problem scenario as below::

- I managed to send emails internally in the internal network and also outbound emails to external domain user out from the internet.
But unable to receive emails from external domain users..
Any pointers or instructions that I should followed?
Appreciate any helps...
Thanks!!

Hey, I had the same problem. Your exchange server is working fine. You just need to have a registered domain and a MX record to identify your mail server. Then you will be able to recieve e-mail externally. I don't have my domain registered but I can send e-mail just fine internally and send external e-mail but the user just can't reply because I won't recieve it. Hopes this helps.
