| Hello all, I am still a little green on Exchange 2000, here is my question....
Bob has a SOHO DSL account with email addresses for 4 employees, through the DSL ISP. Currently, Bob has configured the SMTP accounts locally on each each users workststation using MS Outlook 2000. Bob wants to implement a Exchange 2000 server, so that all the employees can share the calender feature, etc. Bob also wants all email messages to go through the Exchange server rather than locally on the workstation. Bob installed Exchange 2000 in a W2K domain running in native mode. How should Bob setup the email accounts on Exchange for each employee?
By the way, Bob's real name is drhixson....lol
Hopefully someone out there can help me.

| If you have your email domain and your DNS server has an MX record for your exchange box. Do you have that??
On the Exchange box using Exchange System Manager set your default recipient policy for your public domain name:
@public.com and
@domain.private or what ever your is called.
Set the public name for priority.
in Exchange Active directory users and computers right click and select "exchange tasks" and create email account or something dimilar .
Then set up your clients to use exchange.
