I have 30 years experience in the PC field and am all of a sudden required to take the A+ test. Does any one know of any "grandfather clause" around this requirement? Thanks.

Well if it is a requirement for something, I would not expect a grandfather clause to be in place. It is a competitive field out there, but with 30 years experience the A+ should be a breeze after a little book studying.

there is no grandfather clause. As we say around my house,"Shut up and eat your mushrooms".
