Does anybody know when the 2004 objectives take effect? I'd like to take the exam within the next two weeks, but I want to take the 2004 objectives rather than the 2001 objectives because there is less focus on hardware and more focus on linux. Thanks.

The exam for the new objectives is tentatively scheduled to go to beta on August 12th.

The update underway for the Linux+ certification is anything but cosmetic.

I sent you a PM.

Check to see which exam code the Thomson material is covering. The new beta has not been announced yet and these dates tend to slip so you might be ok.
