CDIA+ books to sell?

Does anybody possess books about CDIA+ that wants to sell? Preference for people of Brazil.
Here in Brazil I am not finding, and I was with will of buying the book of Specialized Solutions [Item #72011S], only that I am with fear of having to pay the import tax (60%) due to the CD that accompanies, and that would turn this product very expensive.

Does some book exist on CDIA+ in the format PDF? I found one about CDIA, but it is very old and they are few pages < 20.

AndreFM, there are so few materials on CDIA+ that I think you'll be very lucky to not have to purchase the SS stuff. However, the SS stuff was quite helpful when I pursued this exam long ago.
