| Thanks for the laugh...I've had many phone tech support jobs myself and can relate....The other day it took me about 10-15 minutes to explain to someone how to copy and paste. Even today I had a lady yell at me for calling her internet explorer a BROWSER she said "you should call it the internet!" LOL |
