Just come across an article called "Inside the Security+ Beta Exam"

at
http://infocenter.cramsession.com/t...tml.asp?ID=1801

Excellent overview for the Security+ beta exam.

Rob Shimonski also wrote the Server+ Cramsession. He has a book coming out for the new Security+ exam. Don't know any release dates yet. He's good.

Here is a link on amazon.com
that list the current Security+ titles.

Keep an eye on this one
because when all the other Security+ books
start coming out, amazon will add them
to this list.

Hey! First off, thanks for all the kind words on the Articles, etc for Security+. Here is a tentative release schedule for all the new Security+ stuff:
1) The Cramsession should be up this Friday. (As long as its edited this week, then it will be up on Friday)
2) The Examnotes (which is a smaller version of the Cram), should be out soon too. I handed it in, but again, it takes some time to edit and post.
3) cert21 will have a ton of questions coming up very soon.
4) The Syngress guide I am working on is in work right now and should be out in Novemeber in time for the live exam. I will post updates on my website (www.rsnetworks.net) about every two weeks with where in the process everything is. Books take time so we make sure that are 110% right, so no rush there.. but every effort will be made to make sure its the first, most accurate and best guide out on the market.

Ok, Hope that helps. The TCAT document is a nice help for prepping for the beta. Also - stay tuned for the free study guides ready to hit in the next couple of week.

Take care and more importantly... GOOD LUCK!
