| Well Brothers and Sisters Linux+ now belongs to me and I am finally glad it is over. I will tell you this folks. In my opinion the key to passing this exam is to know your commands like the back of your hand. That is the god honest truth. | |

| Material I used was the Linux+ Bible, and Linux+ Exam Cram. The bible was great had lots of hands on projects. I also used Samba For Dummies that helped out too it broke Samba down well for me. Make sure folks you get the commands down thats what blew me away the first time was cut off guard. Cramsession has a great study guide that helped too. Lastly if you are already A+
review your hardware people make sure you know it. Hey Supertech do you agree with what I am saying. | |

| I took the beta so my opinions of available study guides is somewhat skewed. I used a lot of LPI Level 1&2 study material. I've got 12 years Unix experience.
You are on target about the hardware focus.
If you're into *nix, you should be command line-centric anyway.(I hate point&click)
I didn't see as much Samba as I expected.
I'm an ExamCram fan.(I get deskcopies)
I start all certifications with Cramsession. |
