Theres a Microsoft Book called Desktop Applications with Microsoft Visual C++ 6.0
which is designed to help you pass the exam (and it's good).
The ISBN no. is 0-7356-0795-8. You can view this book at Amazon if you wish and probably get an idea of what its about.
