| Any ideas?!?
my staff used to use internet mail with an outside provider. I now have an exchange server and have switched the users to exchange instead of internet mail. THe problem is, the contacts and calendars and tasks remain in the personal folder instead of the mailbox. Does anyone know how to change that?
All use Microsoft Outlook

| Open the folder view in Outlook and manually copy the tasks, calendar, contacts into the corresponding server folders. They are the folders under "Mailbox - Username".
Also change the DELIVERY tab in the profile setting to deliver to the Mailbox, NOT Personal Folders. | |

| you could lso use the import/export wizard that is under the file menu in Outlook. just be sure to import then choose personal folders, finally chose the PST file that you are using. Make sure that the PST is not larger than the limit placed on the size of the mailbox. |
