What I mean is, I have done my MCP in Pro and I am doing the Server exam tomorrow. I am working towards my MCSA, will I get a certificate for an MCSA when I've completed the four exams or will I just have four Microsoft Certificates that don't say what I passed!!!!
I'm interested how Microsoft track it as I did my Pro exam in the UK and I am doing my others in Australia!!!

After that all you need is 70-218 and an elective.

So after that will I actually get a MCSA Certificate, not another Microsoft Certified Professional one

Correct.

You get one certificate for each Microsoft certification level you obtain.

I've got one MCP certificate, one MCSE certificate(it's in NT) and one MCSA certificate.

So yes, you will get a MCSA certificate.

Plus you get another handy dandy wallet card that shows your updated certification.
