Single-User License
This is the standard license for individual computer professionals seeking certification.
Transcender grants to a single user the right to use the product on a single computer. The user may not install a copy on a network server or allow multiple users. If the user wishes to put the product on a network server or allow multiple users, the network or multiple-user version must be purchased from Transcender.
Transcender's products, including the programs and user's manuals, are copyrighted. The user may install the products on a hard disk or make an archival copy on another floppy disk, but the program and manual may not, in whole or in part, be copied, photocopied, reproduced, translated or reduced to any medium, electronic or otherwise, or machine readable form without prior written consent from Transcender LLC.
You may not sell, rent, lease, sublicense, disclose or otherwise transfer the software or the documentation, in whole or in part, to any third party.
Title in and to the software and documentation remain exclusively in Transcender, subject to the express, limited and non-exclusive license granted to you pursuant to this agreement.
This agreement shall be construed, interpreted and governed by the laws of the state of Tennessee. | |
