Today I passed the 156-510, so I earned the CCSE Plus...
Be prepared for a lot of MEP, LDAP and command line (debug, etc) related questions, exactly 100 of them...
ps: up to CCMSE in Jan...

| I am impressed with your pass and whish you luck on CCSME.
As I have passed the entry level CCSA NG, and found it already most difficult I have no intention to follow your track, but I am wondering about the NSA cert. As I'm working a lot with nokia/checkpoint at the moment I would like to know how this NSA cert relate to the CCSA certification.
Could you, as a checkpoint/nokia expert give me some info comparing the two?

the nsa exam is about half part checkpoint, half part nokia...
the ccsa prepares you for the checkpoint part, you only need some more reading about the CP HA solution...
the nokia part is not so difficult, but some questions are misunderstandable... the nsa course book provides every info needed, but if you use nokia for some time that could be enough, too!
read some marketing guides of nokia, which platform is for SOHO-s, for home users, enterprises, because they ask some questions about these!

Darn, do not have the nsa course book :-(
BUT I printed the nokia/voyager docu (>300 pages) which contains detailled Nokia stuff. This togheter with your pointed-out pdf's, CCSA/CCSE material and a lot of practice might be enough.
I think I will make an effort. | |

Well I am half way thro' my preparation for CCSA NG. I am losing my confidence after viewng ur replies.
Pls. send me some exam notes or guide lines.
I need it. I don't want to loss this exam and loss my parent's money. All is dependent on this exam.
Do help me.

Well, do you work with checkpoint fw's at the moment? If you do, everything you will need to know is in the box, just play with it a lot or use the demo mode instead.
I can recommend a good book (which I used), the Syngress Checkpoint NG which you can buy at Amazon.
Sorry, don't have any braindumps but remember the exam is heavy on authentication and NAT.
