Vue Testing With Checkpoint...aaarrrhhhh

| What a pain in the as_ this is. They (VUE) have to link your current info with CheckPoint info in order for you to schedule an exam. Fine. I contacted them a month ago via email about three times and never received a response. I then proceeded to contact them by phone. I called them over a week ago and spent about 30 minutes on the phone with a customer rep who supposedly linked my info so I could test with CheckPoint. When I went to their site to schedule 156-205, I couldn't schedule the exam. I had the exact same error! I still have problems scheduling the CCSA CP2000 exam because my info needs to be linked with my current profile. What a PAIN!
I heard remarks a while ago about customer service at Sylvan was bad and that VUE testing was a better option for your certification exams. WELL, I DISAGREE!! I believe that Sylva Prometric's system is better and much more convenient! I have better things to do with my time than to keep checking on whether my info has been "linked" through VUE!

| I've use Prometric every time and they've been excellent.
No hitches or foul ups.
And the people at their testing centres have also been fab !
I am not changing away from Prometric. I don't want to register with another test provider to find out that they goofed up !
It just adds another worry on top of the anxieties of preparing for the test in the first place!
Just not worth it man.
