I know nobody likes to admit this but,
how many have failed 310-012 on the first try.
I got 62% the first try. Hate wasting the money. Wish I'd found this site sooner!

You know how the saying goes. "If at first you don't succeed, try try agian". View it as a $150.00 lesson. You now know where your weakneses are.

Also try solarisprep.com. Their free exams are for Solaris 7, but you can use them as a indication of your readiness.

There's nothing wrong with failing. We learn from what we messed up on.
It drives us to focus more on certian topics worth knowing more of.

Best of luck on your next attempt

Don't worry, keep going. You might need to use the study guide from http://groups.yahoo.com/group/solaris_adm/files/

d/l the one from Netking, the question is very similar to the real exam, I just took exam yesterday and got 86%. Read it before re-take the exam.

A friend of mine just learned that he must retest on part 2. Last question caused a GPF and it took Prometric 2 weeks to get back to him with the results...

What a bummer

To Dann,

Those are very expensive.
Did you pay your exam fees out of your own pockets?

Blyck,

Failing can be a good thing sometimes. Of course, no one wants to fail. But it happens.
Once passed, I am sure you will learn so much more.

Read the Sun's official curriculum for the particular module. It's a good source---very straight forward.

I used it and the one by Syngress.

Good luck.
