Hi Guys,

I am looking forward to practise Solaris on my home PC could u please tell me where will i lay my hands on a free solaris OS on the Net.

I would like to download it for practise purpose.

I'm not sure about this, but it looks like when Sun decided to discontinue Solaris 9 for x86s they also deactivated Solaris 8 downloads for x86s. If you have a Sparc you can still d/l Solaris but otherwise it looks like you'll have to buy their $45 "Media Kit".
