There is very little in your site to
interest other people. You need more content.

The next step would be trying to improve your website....excuse my language, but it
*edit*.

Just some feedback, but you gotta either host your own site or get a host without pop-ups. Others may be right that it is alittle short on content, but keep building on it!

Also, motion just to have motion isn't necessarily good so I'd get rid of the frontpage marquee scroller

Other then that, keep it going, it's coming along.

Been looking at quite a few of these resumes lately, yours is missing quite a few key things that would help you to land a quality IT Job.

Everyone except for startups and intro positions are looking for something specific that they need to support a task. You list experienc, solid experience, some general topics but you didn't say what your role was, if you created something that is currently visiable, the outcome, how large of an implementation, what hardware platforms, how many users.

Its a balance of being bold and vauge where necessary. You don't want to make a resume that will keep you from getting a job but the nuggs that look at it first are looking for something specific in the experience. Big numbers (LAN supporting 4 DS3 connections and 1500 internal users with VPN and Cisco switched layer 4 core).

Anyhow, my take on it, when they get to me, I am looking for someone compatable with my equipment, close enough to learn, potential to grow and takes job to a personal level.
