Thank you Tamerelrefaie & mzm9324 !

I started off knowing next to nothing about programming last year June by reading "The Complete Idiot's Guide to VB6" to give me the basics. Then I attended night classes for three months where we used the Sybex books for VB Desktop, Distributed, SQL 7 DB Design (70-029)and Solutions Architecture. These books are ok to get you practicing and learning VB etc. but you need a lot of practicing with the product it self. To pass the exam for the VB6 subjects I bought "MCSD In A Nutshell" by James Foxall. This is an invaluable book crammed with loads of info. Also got some Transenders. Some people say they are harder than the real exam but I found both are much the same (hard unless you have prepared well). Also sites like these (this is the best one) provide expert proffesional and friendly help from people like Cassie (unlike the college I attended for night classes)! As I said in a previous posting I missed on the first attempt, mainly because I did not have enough experience with Package & Deployment Wizard and COM. At least failing first tought me my strenght & weeknesses. Also check out the many thousands of sites on the net that are there to help every body.

Good luck to EVERY one out there...
