| I took exam # 70-176 and then 70-175 and now looking for exam # 70-229.
i firstly prepared from "Mastering VB6 by pertrosous evangelous" though it is not written from exam point of view. However it can give u significant amount of knowledge.
after this if u get any trnscender like material then it will be good.

in case of u, I suggest that if u have long term planning then u should go for vb.net as eventually vb6 will be replaced by vb.net however if your planning is not long term then u may go for vb6. first take a keen look at its basic as well as advance concepts. main areas u must cover r

** ADO
** DCOM
** MTS
Major parts of the paper is covered through these technologies.

| About the riders book, it's very good and also if u work with Databases before it'll help u alot also beside the transcender r great too especially in this exam, a friend of mine got it and studied it very well and passed the exam, so try to get it | |
