I am new to here, but seems few people are interested in VC++ 70-015, 70-016. I am planning to crack them bcs I have been working on that. Anybody can shed some light on those topics?

I think that most people go for the VB exams as their MCSD electives. Maybe I'll put a poll up, it would be interesting to find out who's studying what. Anyway, prospective employers who specify VC++ should be impressed.

You can find the syllabus for the desktop, assuming you're going for this exam first, at:
Microsoft Syllabus

Also, the guide at CramSession summarises what you should learn for the exam.

To start with, I would recommend reading the Exam Cram book for the exam,
which you can find at: Coriolis, and then use this book to guide your studies further, perhaps using MSDN Online.

The exam cram book will also contain a practise exam that you can use to see how prepared you are for the real thing.

Finally, here are a couple of links for free 70-016 tests:

Cert21

Veriworld

Also, you'll want to download the free demo for 70-016 at www.transcender.com

Hope these links help you get started!

Thanks Cassie,
You really gave us very good suggestion about how to start our track. According to my experience on J2CP, it's always necessary to get a good book not only for exam crack but also for sharpen our knowledge. Exam Cram is definitely the best for last minute cram, but somehow I think it's too precise and doesn't cover deeply. I've got some recommendation to get a 'thick' book as well to make a solid foundation like:
- Microsoft VC++ 6.0: MCSD Training Kit
- MCSD Visual C++ Study Guide (Syngress)

Have you used those kind of reference books also for your MCSD? If so, which series is the best? I am planning to purchase one of them as well as the Exam Cram for starting, please kindly advise.

Alex
