hi all...
anyone has technical information (books, URL, guides) on how to import (and manipulate) legacy system text file (.txt and .csv) into a new system. I also would like to export back to relavant legacy systems as flat file.

if u r thinking new system as to be windows based OS then SQL Server is the solution to this problem. SQL Server's Import/Export utility enables to transfer data from legacy system text file to other data and vice versa
