Author should i get online degree or continue certs?

Hi All,
i can get a B.S in MIS(6 years), online degree(2-3 years??) or continue with certs.CCNA and MCSE. which one would be the best route for me..? here is my resume below

In the long run, a degree is more useful. Certs become outdated and eventually expire... degrees don't. Also, get your degree from an accredited college/university.

are you saying i should not get a degree?
instead go to San Jose State University and get my B.S in MIS?

also which books do i need for MCSE and MCSA. Which one comes first MCSA or MCSE

Some online universities allow you to use life experience as college credit. So if you were to create and submitt a life experience portfolio, you could use your certifications to earn college credits.
