| I have been working in the IT field part time for 6 years. Most of the positions were level 1,2,3 tech support at local colleges/schools. | |

| Shahrial as a "Systems Analyst" judging from your profile you should know what the roles of a level 1,2, and 3 task are in I.T support terms and job role. No offence but it makes me that is not even an employer suspect most ppl just get certs as a hobby without any real passion for the subject matter when it comes to I.T as a career and job role. | |

Well, as far as my company is concerned, all 3 levels are handled by I, me and myself. So in my context, it doesn't make a difference. My so-called "Systems Analyst" job includes these roles...system engr, sec offr, Net/Sys/DB admin, help-desk support tech and webmaster...all roled-into-one. But I love it. A lot of practical skills gained.
Onoski, you mentioned on your profile "On gaining more practical skills, not papers"...
To me, it's just an excuse for people who are lack of it...
Have a nice day. May you gain more practical skills and enlightenment | |
