OEM certifications??

| i have been doing some job huntings, in some ads i see that they require OEM certifications from IBM, Compaq, or Dell etc...
can anyone tell me what are these certifications about?? how do i get them? | |

| Each company is a little different.

Find HPs info here.
The certs are just specific to each OEMs hardware and software. Sometimes you have to be employed with a company that is a "Business Partner" in order to get training or certs from the company. In most cases you can find certification info under services links. | |

| U can find them from most big brand PC manufactors just like those two links.
it is not difficult to obtain. it is just another exam similar to A+ and specification on their HW.
Not worth for anything in my opinion... |
