| Hi folks ,
Soon i will have an interview with a multi-national co. Is there any article on the web to handle their questions ?
|
| Make sure u know the position description and job function. How do the company (technical) business related to your position? Check out their website and search for any article that related to the company.
Good Luck | |

| I strongly recommend the following book to ANYONE about to go into a job intervier:
Barron's 100+ WINNING ANSWERS TO THE TOUGHEST INTERVIEW QUESTIONS
It is availablea t any Barnes and Noble for the low price of $7.95 but it is the best 8 bucks you can spend. Trust me on that one.

| hi haseeb, I had an interview with a bank a while back...well actually three interviews and the third interview went rather poorly. Here are the questions that was asked during the third interview.
what do you look for in a workplace?
what didn't you like from a previous workplace?
how do you handle stress?
describe a good friend
are you part of any organizations?
do you see further education for yourself in the future?
give a humorous moment?
describe a project that you succeeded in
describe a project that you failed in
what do you do during your freetime?

| So according to you what are the best answers for these questions . And how to handle a question if you can't answer it properly ? | |

Be honest. If you don't know the answer tell them that, but then add a spin in your favor. Like how you would approach the, problem/question you don't know, to gain positive end results to meet said objective. Don't try to BS a answer, because if the person knows the answer they will see through you.
Best advice be honest.
It's all about selling yourself.

| This was my first real interview after graduating from my university so I wasn't really sure what they were going to ask me during this third interview. I ended up saying some things and then scrambling to try and "fix" what I said.
For example, I ended up saying too much about people not working hard during previous projects and things such as that. I think when I stated that I would hope to be surrounded by people who like to learn and not be "cubbyholed" in their profession only that is when the interview started going downhill. |
