| well call centres are fine carl, i am not worried about them.
the core programming skills are there with us and in networking we are pretty much advanced .
this was bound to happen, only non techie guys are a bit worried.

| OK , I have gone through the article.
Now the question is who is helped and what ?
As far as outsourcing is concerned, it (the US company) does so for its own commercial gains.
It (the US company) is not in any way helping India. Its objective is not to help India or to help that (Indian) company.
And the most concerned thing is that if they found some BPO country for free , then all US jobs will go and then where the american labour (high paid) will go ?
Research firm Forrester estimates that over 3 million jobs, many from tech industries, will leave the United States by 2015.
Tech workers in the United States have already formed organizations to try to stop the flow of jobs to India, saying they can't compete with low salaries paid to Indian workers.
Now more competition for free ( no salary) and more commercial vaibility for American Firms !!!!

| hello members
all this talk about LOW SALARIES are bogus stuff.
i completely disagree with it, actually in networking and programming u wont find any better persons than indians.
forget low salary, actually there are no guys aroung with real stuff than us.
i am pretty confident, no other country even US , can perform as our call centres do.

| Anything that can cut the company cost. Those "C" people will do it. But they never think about the American future!! WHY because they got $$ and so do their next generation..
Only us that work out butt off have to deal with this thing.
The U.S govn't shall control them.
I wonder sometime is money more important than the patriot |
