| Looking for some information on IT jobs in the Oil industry ie offshore on rigs. There must be jobs out there.
I need to ask a couple of questions
1)where do you apply for these jobs ?
2)Are they sub-contracted out to IT firms
3) What sort of technology do they use ?
4) Is the pay more that normal IT office support
C'mon you guys from Texas, Middle-east, Russia , South America and Very cold and windy Aberdeen.

| Thanks but it does not look easy getting a job offshore. Its the working environment that attracts me. I'm bored working in an office. Drinking vast amounts of coffee and perving at call-centre girls.  | |
