Jobs Offshore Soon Over?

| If I remember it right, I read it somewhere that the House of Representatives is trying to pass some bills of some sort that will prevent companies from hiring offshore. If this is indeed correct, we should all vote for this bill since presidential elections are coming up soon.
An advantage we get for being American citizens after all? Vote! | |

That's a quote from one of the articles I posted in the "Give Up" thread.
Offshore outsourcing is only going to accelerate in the future, as companies learn how to fine-tune the process to avoid pitfalls and maximize benefits.
The savings to be had are just too great to ignore. | |

| Yeah...like how the IT "experts" foresaw a rebound in demand in 2002, and advised unemployed tech workers to maintain their skills in preparation for it.
Now the ITAA is basically telling us it's time to move on, because they already have. |
