| Hello, i found theese forums recently and decided to register. I am a 16 year old high school student, currently finishing my last year, and i have decided to take the CompTIA A+ exam in november, i have been interested in computers for my whole life, and have built many. I feel that i have all the knowledge required to pass this test but i'm still nervous because i do not have much information about it, and waas hopeing some people who have already taken it could help me out there, any information is appreshiated but a few questions i have been wondering about are below.
How much does it cost to take the test? (This part confused me on the comptia website)
I obviously do not have much experience in the IT professon due to my age, i can still take the exam, yes? | |

| I would suggest getting involved in the A+forum here at Examnotes. Also, you should consider getting a copy of the A+ All In One Study Guide by Mike Meyers (3rd or 4th Ed). As for costs, you can check with your local testing centers and look into companies offering vouchers. There are savings to be had. | |

| I know of a place in New York that was recently offering both exams for under $200.00 total. | |
