am i allowed to write cwna exam?(final yr engg. student)

| this is srivatsan,final year engg student. i dont know whether i m permitted to write cwna exam.At one site ,i saw that the exam is only for those who works on networking.
i will be very thankful if my doubt is cleared.
(any tips for preparing cwna)

| You can certainly sit for the exam. No other exams or certs are required. However, you will want to have a strong understanding of networking terms and concepts. I've been using the CWNA book from their site, and it is adequate for the exam. However, I would suggest trying to read through some other books on wireless if possible as well. I also used the Boson practice exams. I failed at my first attempt by only a few points using the above, but the exam is very tough. Be prepared for it. |
