Any ideas? | |

| Hi,
Just want to report that i finally got it working, however there is one caveat (so far)
*THE HELPDER NEEDS TO BE A MEMBER OF OF DOMAIN ADMINS*
. I do not think that this is a good solutions since end user support should be handled by someone with much lower priveledges than domain admins. I'll try to tweak the policy settings and see if i could come up with something new.
BTW what i did (that didn't work) was configure the GPO by adding an ordinary user to the heldesks group, then add the helpdesks group to the allowed helper, pretty much what it should be right? |
