I have a plan to study a master degree in Information Technology by distance education. I take consideration between MSc program from University of Liverpool (www.liv.ac.uk)
and MSc program from Southern Pacific University(www.spuni.edu). The tution fees for University of Liverpool program are
$15 000 and for Southern Pacific University program are $3700. Why’s the big difference? Is more money should be better ?
Which one I should take?

Are you in Vietnam? Your primary consideration should be wether the schools are accredited and recognized as such in the country where you are. Nothing worse than spending time and money on a degree and no one give you any credit for having attained the degree.

Find a program that recongized by U.S, Canada, UK or Australia. Or any big countries. Then it shall be OK.

Otherwise, it is not used.
