| Hi there, Ive just passed A+ exam and was wondering wether i should go for Network+ or i-Network+.I`ve stared to do these exams to improve my chances of a carrer change and i`m still looking for my first position within IT.Getting my foot in the door is more important than looking for a high paid role so any advice would be a great help.I just seem to be at lost ends of what to do next. | |

| I'd go the Network+ route first. I think it builds better toward the i-Net+ exam than the other way around. Also, for an entry-level IT support position (which it seems you are aiming for) the Network+ exam would be better suited. Certainly, proceed onto i-Net+ afterwards, and Server+ and CDIA. I have found that each of the CompTIA exams builds well on the others. | |

| I also think that N+ should be your next choice. iNet+ has questions based on networking technologies. With A+ and N+, you will have a general understanding of hardware and networking. | |

| Network + says "you know network essentials".
I-Net+ say "you know browsers and web pages"
Network+ is the way to go first! |
