I know that the "TECHNICAL SKILLS" part is quite crumsy even though I have tried to improve it. Any comment would be nice!! Thanks!!

Under work experience, I think you may want to be a bit more detailed. Instead of just listing software you are familiar with, you may want to go into detail as to what sort of things you accomplished. Just a thought.
