I have recently been on the job hunt and have picked up some contract jobs installling and testing some point of sales systems. I have prior skills on my resume and was wondering if these contract jobs should be listed at the top of my resume or just mentioned in my skills. I hate doing resumes but I need all the experiences i can get on there. Just wondering since these are new jobs should they be at the top of my list on the resume?

I think in the IT field "contract work" is respected because there are so many contract positions out there. Any experience is good!
Each contract you do if you learn something new make sure you mention it all. It also accounts for your time. Some companies look into gaps in your work time. I would suggest to you to at least note your experience and time in the resume. Dont show gaps.
