How would you handle the request for a salary history with your resume?

Not sure if this answers your question but when you first email the company about the job, you are submitting a cover letter. In the cover letter you should mention salary history upon request. If they email you back asking for it, which means either they are interested and you should dazzle them or they just want to know your history.
