| Ok, here's the situation: I've been in the Air Force for 9 years, and am getting out next month. I've done Telecommunication/Networking my whole career. Below is my resume. I know it blows big time, because I'm not getting any responses to it. Anybody have any tips???? Thanks in advance.

| Very good experience, but might lack of civilian side. My suggestion is to join up the reserve unit and they always have some link between job and job. U know how networking work.

| I know this is "picky", but when I glance over a resume the first time, I look at how long they have been with one company. Perhaps changing the resume to reflect that you have been with the military a long time and "break down" your duties beneath that one set of dates. You can always expand on the time in each position in an interview. ALSO, a great cover letter really makes me even read the resume!!
