I am not sure but I am in NYC and I get 46K with good benefits for Technical Engineering Support. I was in support for almost 5 years and an MCP and had one Novell cert at the time I got this gig.

I will check with our London office and see if I can find out what my counterpart there makes.

Hope this helps,

What did you do to make 46K a yr? That's is a lot.

What company are you working on? I need to find a better pay job now.

Gundyman:

If you are in NYC or the tristate area email me for headhunter/contacts. I am honestly not the only one making this kind of $ for tech support.

Sorry but I am not willing to say who/where I work on a board, may come back to haunt me!

Oh yes the London office is around 25,000-30,000 pounds.
