Can anyone recommend a good IT magazine that also includes articles/inforamtion about things relevant to women in the field ?

I don't know specific that there a site for women, but u can try the general site like www.workingwoman.com

I'm with you on that Ohio, we should start one. www.Certmag.com is a very good magazine although its not geared specifically towards women.
